One-to-one Hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR, Life coaching and Mindfulness sessions
Investing in yourself to make positive changes in your life is a big step. It’s exciting, but it can also be quite daunting, so let me tell you a little bit about how I work.
I offer one-to-one sessions, either from my private treatment rooms in Leamington Spa or online via Zoom. I specialise in Anxiety, Addictions and Trauma.
I am fully qualified and accredited to offer a wide range of tools, techniques and treatments, including hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprogramming (EMDR), mindfulness and life coaching.
My approach is completely flexible and bespoke to your needs. I offer a free initial consultation during which we will discuss what changes you want to make and what you’d like to achieve from our sessions – whether it’s treating a fear or phobia, changing an unwanted behaviour or habit, or dealing with trauma, such as PTSD. Together we will work out the most suitable approach for your sessions and treatment.
My approach is very solution focused, which means many simple issues can be dealt with in two or three sessions.
I work with people who are committed to investing in themselves to make positive changes. I pride myself in my honesty and transparency. Therefore, if, during your initial consultation I don’t think I can offer you the most appropriate support, I will be completely honest with you.
