Tuesdays 09.15 - Morning Meditation - 20 mins
Thursday 13.00 - Lunchtime Quick Pause - 10 mins
Saturday 10.00 - Weekend Mindfulness - 25 mins

Relaxation and Sleep Sessions: (Guided Relaxations)
Thursday 1.15 - Productivity Power Nap - 10 mins
Wednesdays 18.45 - Wind down Wednesday - 40 mins
Fridays 18.30 - Relax My Weekend - 30 mins
