a little bit about me...
My name is Katie, and I help people to make positive, long-term change in their lives, to help them feel calmer, more positive, more in control – and ultimately happier.
I have been running my own successful private practice for over a decade. I am also the founder of Positive Mind Space, which are multiple award winning talking therapy rooms in Leamington Spa.
Over the years I have seen how my approaches and instruction can help people from all walks of life make lasting changes. My sessions are professional, private, completely confidential and non-judgemental.
Through years of self-discovery and my professional training I have discovered the power of the unconscious mind and how we can use it to live the life that we want. Let me help you to do this too.

Professional Bodies and Memberships:
In order to register and become a member therapists are required to meet certain criteria as set by the organisation, and it is only once their credentials have been assessed and approved that they will be granted membership at the appropriate level.
I am a Registered Member and provider of/ for the following Professional Standards Bodies and companies:
CNHC (Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council Register) - UK voluntary regulator for complementary therapists.
The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) was set up with government support in 2008 to support and protect the public by providing a UK voluntary register of complementary therapists. The CNHC came about after a House of Lords Select Committee on Science and Technology reported that there was a growing need for public protection through the regulation of practitioners.
The CNHC has been approved as an accredited voluntary register by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care, under the Accredited Voluntary Register (AVR) scheme (you can read more about this here). The CNHC has a register of members, a code of practice, a code of ethics, educational standards and a public procedure, and acts as an ‘Umbrella Organisation’ for varying professions and organisations. - see more
Quit 4 Life Practitioner - Quit 4 Life, in support of the UK government's quit smoking initiative and Cancer Research UK, is a completely free to join national support network that provides on-going help and support, as well as access to a national team of practitioners who can provide expert assistance, using a scientifically researched and evidence based combination of clinical hypnosis, solution focussed approaches and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
