In these classes we focus on body and breath which is an excellent way to calm and relax the mind and body providing a stillness and clarity of mind. This in turn creates balance, better focus and wellbeing.
Spaces in classes are limited to small numbers so please book your place today.
Sundays class starts at 9:30am. We mainly do sitting meditations so chairs are provided but if you would like to bring your own meditation stool, cushion or mat please do so. We also provide mats if required.
Classes are £7.50 PAYG or you can buy a package of 10 credits below for just £50 SAVING you £25! Use a credit for each class whenever you want to with no expiry date.
You can then simply book online whenever you want to. Pre-paid packages can be redeemed on any Practice Class here at any time with no expiry date.
